Site Access & Age Restrictions

Placing Orders
You may browse our Site and shop for Studio Mercantile® products without registering for an account. However, to complete an order, you must register and create an account.
To register, you must provide your name, shipping address, email address, phone number and payment information. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. If any of your information changes, you must update it promptly in your account settings.
All orders placed through our Site are binding contracts. You agree to pay in full the prices listed plus all applicable taxes using the payment method specified at checkout. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item or price. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Products may be shipped to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO boxes, or international addresses.
Payment Methods & Security
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal on our Site. By submitting your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
We make reasonable efforts to secure your payment information using industry-standard encryption and fraud prevention tools. However, no data transmission over the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
Shipping & Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to ship all in-stock items within 3 business days after you place an order. Delivery estimates will be provided during checkout based on the shipping method selected. We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive, but will make reasonable efforts to deliver it on time.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information when your order has shipped. Please allow extra transit time for deliveries during peak seasons. We are not liable for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or other events outside of our control.
Returns & Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your Studio Mercantile® purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping fees). To be eligible for a return, items must be unused in original packaging and returned within 30 days of delivery.
To start a return, please email us at [email protected]. We will provide instructions and arrange for pickup and refund processing. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned. We also cannot accept returns on worn, used, damaged, or missing items. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Product Warranties
Studio Mercantile® products come with a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty terms for specific products are provided on the Site at the product level. In general, warranty coverage ranges from 1 to 3 years from the original purchase date.
The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective Studio Mercantile® products during the warranty term. It does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or unauthorized repairs. Please email [email protected] for warranty service requests. Proof of purchase will be required.
Warranty disclaimers and limitations of liability still apply. This warranty gives you specific legal rights which vary by state. You may have other rights that are not affected by this warranty.
Disclaimers of Warranties
The Studio Mercantile® products and services available on our Site come with written product warranties as described above. However, all other information, products, and services provided on the Site are provided “as-is” without any express or implied warranties.
We disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, and non-infringement regarding all Site offerings. We do not warrant that the Site is free from defects, inaccuracies, errors, viruses, or harmful components. Using the Site is at your own risk.
